Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and clear photos of any defects to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Return
Securely package the items in their original shipping box and clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package to avoid processing delays.
Ship and Track
Send your package using a trackable shipping method to our return center; once received, your refund or replacement will be processed within 7-10 business days.
